This memorial is also dedicated to those children who have left CYFS care and who are scarred for life, or have attempted or succeeded in committing suicide. This memorial is also for the parents who have lost children to CYFS and are fighting for the reunification of their families, which, more often than not, CYFS hinders with unethical practices in the New Zealand family court system.
