This site adheres to the principle of free speech with dignity. This means, you can say what you like without fear of banishment provided you respect other peoples views, privacy, feelings and situations. In some cases, this "condition" will be unavoidably breached in minor ways, in most cases, this will be overlooked for minor infractions.
Like all ordered societies we try to live within a few simple guide lines.Hopefully following them will help us all gain much more from the CYFStalk experience. 1) Avoid personal attacks on other site members.
2) Avoid excessive use of abusive or foul language (except where you are
quoting something or where you feel it is absolutely necessary)
3) Respect other site members' views and opinions. You don't have to agree with everything (or anything) that is said, and you are welcome to post rebuttals, but with respect other people's views.
4) You must
NOT pass any other list member's posting to other parties outside this list without obtaining permission by the persons concerned. The exception to this is when the posting is from a public source, but it can only be passed on when ALL identifying details have been removed. Naming children or in any other way identifying them is an absolute No No. For example, quite often members re-post from other sources such as news sites, and there are often times where it would be appropriate to forward this information to others.
If any rule is not adhered to staff may warn you or banish you from the site without notice, either for a cooling off period (preferred) or permanently.
If you wish to make a complaint about another site member, please PM any moderator or admin. Complaints MUST be sent by PM, and not by posting to the site itself. Your complaint will be reviewed and action taken only if it is warranted. Any action, if deemed necessary, is at the discretion of
the staff, and the staff may choose to do nothing.
The staff’s decision is final.

5) No spam is allowed on the site. For those that do not know, spam is adverts for porn sites or scam sites, or anything else of a commercial nature. Security is in place to prevent "non human robots" from joining the site and automatically posting adverts. Offenders, both Bots and Human, will be banned instantly, their IP's banned, the sites they come to advertise being added to the censor and the SPAM COPS website being informed.
6) No advertising of websites allowed EXCEPT where it is necessary to the advancement of your point of view, for example, when discussing the CYFS act, it would be permissible to post a link to the relevant act so others can check it out.
7) Impersonation and Identity theft is forbidden, if found out, you WILL be reported to the Police. Also, impersonating any official, such as a social worker, Police officer or anything else along those lines is also forbidden, again, you will be reported to the Police.
8) Gaining access to the site to steal Email addresses for purposes of spamming will result in an instant ban.
9) Joining this site with the intention of forming a sexual relationship with another person is also forbidden (we have had problems with this is the past) Also, joining the site with the sole purpose of stalking another person is will result in an instant ban.
10) Misrepresenting your circumstances is also punishable by an instant ban. If you pretend to be a parent fighting CYFS and come here for help, but in reality, you are a CYFS social worker will also result in a ban. We also reserve the right to lay a complaint with your employers over your unprofessional conduct and pass you details onto the media and allow them to name and shame you.
11) Divulging another persons private details, whether real or not, whether protected by court suppression orders or not, will result in an instant ban. This site will never judge a person arriving here asking for help based on any financial, race, colour, creed, religion, gender or criminal past basis. We ask that you also please do the same, and not judge a person. God forbid that CYFS does that enough times already, why do it again to ourselves.
